Our Team
Our team is a diverse mix of people with varied qualifications, are fluent in multiple languages and have experience in working with multiple sectors across manufacturing, service, ITES and IT. KIAP is an empanelled Lean consulting organization with the Government and several consultants are certified Lean consultants. We also have Quality Council of India certified ZED Master Trainers and consultants. Our team’s diversity enables us to work closely with employees cutting across all levels ensuring effective implementation on the shop floor.
Swapnil Desai
Dr. Swapnil Desai has over 14 years of consulting and industry experience within manufacturing and service domains in addition to skills in balanced strategy maps, lean, kaizen, and project management.
Ganesh Mahadevan
A metallurgical engineer from IIT-Mumbai, his early career was spent on the shopfloor in the aluminium industry before shifting to the management consulting services division of Deloitte. His love for shopfloor and process improvement led him to join KIAP in 2007.
Satish Pendharkar
Satish is a Mechanical Engineer from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, and a Six Sigma Black Belt Certified by the Indian Statistical Institute, Bangalore. He has extensive industrial experience.
T.N. Ramakrishnan
T.N. Ramakrishnan, a mechanical engineer by qualification, has over 40 years of core engineering experience, mainly in a leading tyre manufacturing company (MRF). Working with Kanzen since 2010.
Dr. Shrutika Deshmukh
Shrutika is an electronics and telecommunications engineer and holds a PGDM in manufacturing. She has been implementing Lean in diverse portfolios under the guidance of Dr. G.

Kashyap explores the intervention of Design Thinking & Lean Operations by delivering Lean-Kaizen Workshops and turn-around implementation at Manufacturing entities to create direct impact on the P&L under the paradigms of Lean Thinking.
Mayuresh Patil
A B.E. Mechannical Engineer, he has worked on multiple Lean Turn Around assignments. His interest in World Class Factory Layouts has delivered many good improvements on the shop-floor.
