WHO WE ARE
Our team is a diverse mix of people with varied qualifications, are fluent in multiple languages and have experience in working with multiple sectors across manufacturing, service, ITES and IT. KIAP is an empanelled Lean consulting organization with the Government and several consultants are certified Lean consultants. We also have Quality COuncil of India certified ZED Master Trainers and consultants.
Our team’s diversity enables us to work closely with employees cutting across all levels ensuring effective implementation on the shop floor.
Philosophy & Spirit
Our philosophy is rooted in the ancient Indian teachings that have inspired the Japanese Zen philosophy and given birth to universally acclaimed management thinking including those of Deming,Toyota Production System(TPS), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Total Quality Management (TQM) amongst others.
‘CHANGE’ – the reality of impermanence and transformation rules the world always. Change to the next elevated state is IMPROVEMENT.
This is the crucial step in the path and stepping stone towards KANZEN or the perfect state. IMPROVING continually (often and periodically) is required to grow towards perfection.
Between every improvement effort, the organization should STANDARDIZE to consolidate the gains of improvement and progress (move ahead) towards PERFECTION. This is the philosophy on which KIAP’s whole approach to consulting is based.
