Cooling tower line flows

Gem Equipments is in the business of manufacturing cooling towers, Refrigerated Air Dryers, heat exchangers and radiators for industrial applications. Refrigerated Air Dryers is the main category of the product line constituting to nearly 50% of the volume.

We had an initial discussion with the promoters of the company to understand the vision and mission of the organization. It was agreed mutually that the lean implementation would focus on the assembly of Refrigerated Air Dryers which are carried out in 2 cells each producing 7 units per day.
